A License is similar to a Franchise in that it entitles the Licensee (the person or company who owns the License) to sell the products and services supplied under the M8Directory brand in a specific area or areas for a specified period of time.
With regard to the M8Directory, the products and services relate to advertising space in the printed version of the M8Directory in each of the geographical areas specified in the License Agreement as well as advertising space on the M8Directory web site – www.m8directory.com.
