We will provide each of our clients with a detailed report on the distribution of the directory within 48 hours (normally within 12 hours) from the completion of each distribution.
This report consists of a map showing the streets delivered to and a non-delivery report:
The above map shows the streets where the directory has been delivered (and the streets where it has not). The report below shows the individual houses where it was not delivered, along with the reason why.
We take these steps to ensure that you have faith that all of the directories have actually been delivered to the selected areas.
